Rebecca Jenkins serves as Vice President of Asset Management at Avanta Residential, where she oversees asset strategy and property performance for the firm’s portfolio. With nearly 20 years of expertise in multifamily and build-to-rent (BTR) sectors, Rebecca is responsible for driving performance through site selection, feasibility, and market analysis. She is recognized for her data-driven approach to operational optimization, continually evaluating KPIs to implement strategic refinements that yield significant asset value.

Rebecca’s leadership is defined by the conviction that human capital is the primary driver of financial performance; she invests heavily in building high-performing teams and enhancing the resident experience to stabilize cash flows and reduce churn. Prior to Avanta, she served as Director of Leasing Strategy & Revenue Management at DR Horton, where she managed a national BTR portfolio and executed strategies that optimized lease-ups and dispositions. Her results-oriented approach consistently delivers operational excellence and long-term value creation.
